To Do Main Screen:

In the main console UI, you will see the list of Currently opened To Do, To Dos are generated automatically based on received agent insights to keep you proactive and work actively on client issues.

In the main screen, you can click on any To Do tile to filter To Dos based on the tile filter, for example to see all Unclosed To Do tasks, click on the purple tile to see currently opened To Do.

In the To DO list, you can see the To Do Details including Time Stamp, Device, To Do Details, Level and Category.

You can right click on any To Do to see available To Do Action including:

  • Analysis: To Conduct analysis on the specified Device ID.
  • Actions: To Conduct Actions directly on the specified device which like rebooting this device.
  • Resolve To Do: This will set the To Do status to either Resolved, Unknown, UnResolved for tracking and logging purposes.

To resolve a To Do:

  • Right Click on the To Do entry or select multiple To Dos.
  • Click on Resolve ToDo.
  • In the resolution screen set the resolution status and To Do notes and click Resolve.
