In case you want to repair Trigger-it Agent and completely clean the previous installation, you can use the following batch script to clean and reinstall the agent:
taskkill /f /im LynkerAgent.exe
TIMEOUT 10
rmdir "C:\Program Files\TriggeriT Agent" /S /Q
<Path to Trigger-it Setup>\Setup.exe /S /v/qn
