Endpoint performance is a crucial feature that is configured with the agent by default. It provides IT administrators and helpdesk operators with a detailed view of how endpoints are performing over time, enabling them to extract meaningful insights about endpoint performance and application behavior. This feature helps identify performance issues and bottlenecks.
Trigger-it agant helps you answer 3 main areas:
- Are endpoints slow ?!
- If slow, what is the bottleneck ?!
- What is causing the bottlenck?!
This is done by collecting 3 main important inights from endpoints:
- Overall CPU usage (% Processor Time).
- Overall Memory Usage (Available Memory).
- Overall Disk Usage (% Disk Time).
Adding to that, 3 important metrics are collected:
- Top 5 Processes using CPU and per process CPU usage.
- TOp 5 Processes using Memory and their memory consumption.
- Top 5 Process using Disk and their IO (MB/s).
This data is collected every 5 minutes and sent to the server for further analysis and investigation.
