Once agents are installed, you must verify that agents are connecting successfully to the sever.
This could be done through opening Services Console > check TriggeriT Agent service is running.
In the Event Viewer check that agent has reported port 5672 has been found and inventory is completed.
If something is wrong, it will be reported in the event viewer and depending on the issue you will need to troubleshoot it case by case.
